As a lax player myself i would use lax/football cleats because they are highcut shoes. Unlike soccer shoes they are not high cut so with all the movement in lax it would be very very easy to role over on your ankle in soccer cleats. With lax/football cleats they are made so you cannot go over on your ankle.
What are the best shoes for playing lacrosse? Are soccer cleats OK or are football/lax cleats better?
